Available in 8 fab colours, and three FCI approved sizes, you can choose to have your dumbbell 'naked' or we can wind the centre with any one of our 20+ paracord colours (see our standard dumbbell collection for choices).

The first measurement is the the height of the dumbell end. The second measurement is the distance between ends.
